Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Electrical components (if seal is broken)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Discounted or clearance products

Return Process
  • Email us at support@pickhillautobreakers.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.
